Karen Hilbert ( Chuck's sister ) former owner of Hilbert Realty; is a real estate pioneer.  She started her real estate career in 1978 and
has never looked back. 

Karen and Chuck Hilbert Sr. (dad) opened Hilbert Realty Inc. in 1986.  Success found its way to the independently held company real estate company and soon there were 2 offices serving the Rochester area.

Kathleen Ralg joined The Hilbert Group in 2007 as our Buyer Specialist.  Kathleen takes care of every little detail from arranging mortgage prequalification with a bank to searching, evaluating and negotiating the best possible contract on behalf of the buyer.

Tiffany Hilbert ( also know as Chuck's wife ) has been the marketing coordinator of The Hilbert Group since 2000. 

She is responsible for maintaining our web presence, and ensuring that each property receives maximum exposure using various media.   She may visit your home prior to listing it on the market and suggest different to you putting it on the market to help you stage the home
A 1987 Graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Marketing and Management, her ultimate goal is to get the best price and a satisfied seller.
